30-Day Returns & Exchanges
- Return or exchange any frame within 30 days of delivery — no questions, no restocking fee.
- Request a prepaid return label from support@nomiwear.com; we refund within 5 business days of receipt.
- Exchanges: tell us the replacement style and we cross-ship once your return is scanned.
- Items must be in original condition with case and packaging.
Prescription Lens Exception
- Rx-cut lenses are non-refundable if the prescription data was entered correctly and the lenses match it.
- If the error is ours — wrong numbers cut, misread Rx, manufacturing defect — we remake the lenses free, no return needed.
- Every Rx order is manually verified by an optician before cutting to keep errors below 0.5%.
12-Month Frame Warranty
- All frames: 12 months on materials and workmanship — broken hinges, delaminating coatings, failing nose pads.
- NomiX Adaptive lenses (Velo Pro, Glacier Shield, Glacier One): lifetime lens warranty — if photochromic response fades, we replace the lens.
- Frame parts (temples, nose pads, hinges) are sold separately and most swap at home in under a minute.
- Warranty claims: email support@nomiwear.com with a photo — replacement ships within 48h.
